Main Objectives

- Facilitate scheduled workshops, events and personalized 1:1 training sessions on professional Apple software (iWork, Logic Pro & Final Cut Pro)
- Provide feedback and coach fellow Apple Retail employees on customer engagement and workshop facilitation
- Coordinate store community outreach programs (ie: Hour of Code & ConnectED Teacher Workshops, Camp, etc.)
