- Build relationships with EA SPORTS game development teams and senior leaders to ensure build readiness and availability of other requirements (Figma prototypes, Adobe XD mock-ups, etc.) for research.

- Work alongside UX Research and Technical Operations teams to ensure research is completed on time and under budget.

- Assist in UX research roadmapping and planning based on availability, scope and potential challenges.

- Communicate any potential operational or recruiting delays and risks to appropriate stakeholders.

- Coordinate end-to-end playtest operations (recruiting, communicating with, and compensating playtesters for session participation).
