after the r/Sonos Subreddit owner reached out to PAtrick Spence, CEO - this role was created as a sort of emissary for the 222,000 strong community on reddit. The crown jewel project/deliverable was to Build a lasting connection with some of our most passionate fans and eventually bridge the gap between the community and the team at sonos.

Main Objectives:

+ Develop and maintain official Sonos presence on reddit.com (u/KeithFromSonos)
+ Procure and analyze data from a variety of sources to measure success and areas for improvement
+ Work with cross-functional teams to define engagement principles and deliver new experiences
+ Set priorities & oversee multiple projects simultaneously
+ Navigate & resolve high-impact, highly-visible situations while providing clear direction (crisis management) in conjunction with other stakeholder organizations
+ Coordinate any guests, timely communications and execute regular monthly Office Hours (AMA’s)
